2 hours for delivery then poor quality food

Waited nearly 3 hours for delivery had to go to shop to find out what was happening as phone kept saying busy to be told it was on way when it finally come food was cold very poor meat was dried out and hard wont use this takeaway again

Yet again there was no chilli sauce on my chips and cheese, last 3 times this has been the case even after me writing in the special request box please remember chilli sauce it was still forgotten

This place is normally great, but not this night! We placed an order at 7:30pm, first delivery to us took 2.5 hours (Delivery driver called to say they had a flat and was delayed by 5 min, she was true to her word) when we opened the meal half was missing and the food was mildly warm! We called the shop and was promised the rest of the meal within 10min, 40 min later the meal arrived. In total 3.5 hours for a delivery which is not acceptable. Everything was only warm , it was after 11pm before i got to sit down with the meal, when i tried to call to complain again they did not answer the phone.

Food was great as usual but delivery time was very long!
