Waited for over 2 hours on delivery which I had to call to find out how long this was going to be

First time ordering from flames, definitely won’t be the last

I waited 2 hours for my delivery and when i got my order it was cold

Took almost 2 hours to come

It was lovely

Food was alright, order took over 2 and a half hours to arrive after a 1 hour 10 mins estimate. Wont be back or recommending.

My order took over it’s time to come and my chips we cold when they got here

Calzone took over 2 hours for delivery and when it got here it was burnt

2 hours for order

Was late, but that’s because they couldn’t my house, food was great like always, friendly staff too.

Waited two and half hours when I phoned staff were less than helpful as he hung up the phone then when we finally received our order we had to put the pizza in the oven as it was raw and the chips and cheese came with no cheese have reported this as a very bad experience and will never order from them again

The pizza was tasty but it was an hour late and stone cold. We had to reheat it in the oven

Order arrived on time, good temperature and good sized portions.
