Veg and haggis Pakora was so dry. Garlic naan was chewy. Shame because the lamb curry was delicious

Order from here on a regular basis and usually very high quality but this order was very poor. Order took 2 hours to arrive and when it did food was like warm at best and the tandoori main meal was no where near the usual quality! Hope this was just a one off but we will be going elsewhere if this continues!

The meal was delivered two hours after ordering and was missing half the order. When I complained I was told they were busy. Eventually the other half of the order arrived 30 minutes later. IT are usually pretty good and mistakes do happen but, when I complained tonight the chap on the phone just argued with me and made excuses. They refused to offer a discount or any money back. Very shabby.

I have Ordered from Indian times twice now, last week it arrived an hour late with items missing from my order and this week it was over an hour late, really not acceptable.

The food was extremely late ordered two hours before to make sure it would come at 7 and came at 8! The portion size for the chicken tikka was awful, 4 bits for £9.

It was over 1 hour late by the time it arrived it was all coldNot the best experience I've had if I'm honest

Ordered food at 5:45 for a 6:30 ( or before) delivery Still not here at 7:30, so phoned & said it was on its way. Arrived at 7:55 - COLDVERY DISAPPOINTED (regular customers)

Late and missing part of the order.

Asked for chips and cheese and did not recieve the cheese.

Food was late and the quality has went down since re opening

Absolutely terrible meal Almost £50 including delivery and only fit for the binOnce the go to place locally for an Indian now absolutely disgusting

Both curries were ridiculously spiced. Very uncomfortably to eat.

Main meals were lovely but the paneer and haggis pakoras were so dry: heavy on the pakora batter that was stodgy and dry. We threw it in the bin. A complete waste of money.

Wrong order delivered. Called restaurant back to advise wrong order received. In their defence they quickly got a new fresh meal out to us; however since eating it we have been very sick. Will call the restaurant to formally complain about this today.

Online order sent 18.30 food arrived 19.45 and order was wrong, phoned restaurant and was told ( manager couldn't care less attitude on phone)it could be over an hour for them to fix my order. It was missing 2 curry sauce finally at 21.10 my curry sauce turned up and they delivered 1 sauce not 2.. We had to microwave our main course before we could eat our meal. 18.30 online order 19.45 wrong order arrived 19.55 ate or 3 starters 21.10 curry sauce delivered wrong again. 21.30 finally sat and had our microwaveable takeaway from Indian times. Very very disappointed in order time 3 hrs and lost respect because i wasn't prioritixed for a correction.

Order took 3 hours to come after ordering! Order placed at 6.45 After an hour of waiting I phoned and got told that my order was on route. 30 mins later it still hasn’t arrived so I phoned again. I was told it had just left yet again. I then phoned 10 minutes later to cancel the order. I received no explanation or apology for my wait. The order arrived at 9.45 meaning it would have been sat in a car for an hour after leaving the restaurant. Do not appricate being lied to on the phone and to then be passed onto the manager for him to be very dismissive, I was very disappointed with the customer service

Order was meant to be ready in 20 minutes butactuall took 1 hour. When I got home my order was incomplete. Part of my order was missing.

Food was cold when it arrived

Really disappointed on this occasion. Always use here and the food is always brilliant but the order was about 25 mins later than expected and on return home it was missing part of the meal. I realise it’s Boxing Day but not good enough.

Pakora came without sauce. When I called to say that I was told the chef put it in under the naan bread. I didn’t order a naan bread. To be challenged this way was terrible customer service. Pakora was replaced with sauce half an hour later so main meals were cold when we had finished our starter. No one said sorry or took accountability for it. In fact they blamed the driver. Used to phone all the time but it’s going downhill it seems.
