Food was great but order was wrong and left a vegetarian without their food.

The food was good but over 30 minutes late.

My meal was cold when it arrived and the chicken wasnt the best .Was very disappointed as normally im a lover of this place but wasnt what i expected .

I got the wrong meal item, it should have been chicken tikka balti butter masala but I got something different.I tried to eat what I was given but unfortunately I did not like it. Therefore I could not eat my meal. Im sure it was a mistake but not easily rectifiable as a delivered item and I did not let them know. With hindsight, I think I should have let them know at the time but I just couldnt be bothered with the hassle.

The food was fine once we got it, however it was 55 minutes late with no explanation as to why!! Terrible service 😑

My husband collected our order on Friday night and when he got home my Korma dish was not in the order. we live over 7 miles away so it was too much of an inconvenience to drive back and they don't deliver to our area. I phoned and was told I could come back or they would deliver but I pointed out they don't deliver to our area. I was told I would get a free Korma next time and when I asked what they wanted me to do with the nan bread which was no use, I was told I would get a free nan too. This has never happened before and we are always happy with our food.

Took 1hr 45min for delivery. When called to question timings staff unable to confirm if order on the way or not. Food delicious as usual but an hour late is not acceptable

Ok, so it pains me to write this. Ultimately we live in the middle of nowhere. So when we order takeaway for collection and leave instructions we expect it to be right. Minor issue for some but if we detail NO PILAU rice.why give pilau rice?! Not he first time weve had this issue. Tried messaging via FB without success. And btw to be balanced.the food is generally amazing. But simply instructions?!! Cmon on. £40+ order and a 40 mile round trip for the staff to not read the special instructions

Awful fish curry. Inedible. Looked like fish pakora in what appeared to be a vinegar sauce. Will not be a repeat customer.

The gammon steak wan inedible. It was tough and full of gristle. It was a great disappointment and went in the bin.

Was ordered for at 19.20 for delivery at 20.10 - 20.20. At 20.30 i checked the app. It had changed and now said 21.00 i waited. 21.00came and went i called the resteraunt they said it had left and would be nearly with me. 21.25 still nothing. Called again. Told again its left and on the way. Areived at 21.40. Chips were wet and soggy. Very very disappointed.

Delivery took two hours, food was cold and some was missing. Boxes had melted all over the chips and the manager refused to deliver the remainder of the order as they were too busy. This was despite us paying for delivery and them making the mistake with the order.

So disappointed in last nights service. Usually my favourite Indian's however last night after an hour & a half waiting on a delivery we were a meal short. Phoned up to be told another could be sent but it could be another long wait or i could just get a free meal next time i ordered. Neither option ideal as it was half 7 & i needed a dinner. Told i could go collect so did that. Had it been me id have given me a fresh naan bread at least since i was now having dinner 40 mins after the rest of my family but i never even got an apology when i collected the missing meal which as i say was really disappointing.

Still waiting for delivery, phoned twice, twice was told on way.Still nothing at 2100.

Food was delicious as usual however, waited 50 minutes outside on food. Chased the guy twice to ask how long it would be but had no communication to say that it would be as long - could have waited in car rather than the rain had I known.

Delivery was very late chicken pakora was hard,nan bread was also hard couldn't eat

The chicken in the shakuta was rock solid, as if it was re-heated. Other that the above it was very good

We ordered a takeaway on a Saturday night & were given 45 minute delivery time. Our dinner finally arrived over 90 minutes later. Our telephone call requesting an update was met with a mumbled, disinterested response. We had arranged an online charity for the same night. We missed most of it due to bad delivery service

The food was really good however the delivery time was far to long 1 1/2 hours they need to improve their estimated delivery

Food was good going cold though due to the length of time delivery took as driver was unable to find right address and became quite cheeky on the phone when being given directions

Placed an order and was told 45 minutes estimated delivery time. Called up 1.5 hours after order and was told it had just left the restaurant and would be there within 10 minutes. Food then arrived 35 minutes later. Almost £50 spent on cold food!! Disappointing.
