Overall pleased with service. Food ready on time and very nice. Only comment is I asked for boiled rice not Pilau but wouldnt stop me using service again.

Both curries were ridiculously spiced. Very uncomfortably to eat.

Food was great and delivery quick. However, ordered lamb and got chicken. Not the end of the world but bit disappointed.

Main meals were lovely but the paneer and haggis pakoras were so dry: heavy on the pakora batter that was stodgy and dry. We threw it in the bin. A complete waste of money.

Wrong order delivered. Called restaurant back to advise wrong order received. In their defence they quickly got a new fresh meal out to us; however since eating it we have been very sick. Will call the restaurant to formally complain about this today.

Online order sent 18.30 food arrived 19.45 and order was wrong, phoned restaurant and was told ( manager couldn't care less attitude on phone)it could be over an hour for them to fix my order. It was missing 2 curry sauce finally at 21.10 my curry sauce turned up and they delivered 1 sauce not 2.. We had to microwave our main course before we could eat our meal. 18.30 online order 19.45 wrong order arrived 19.55 ate or 3 starters 21.10 curry sauce delivered wrong again. 21.30 finally sat and had our microwaveable takeaway from Indian times. Very very disappointed in order time 3 hrs and lost respect because i wasn't prioritixed for a correction.

Order took 3 hours to come after ordering! Order placed at 6.45 After an hour of waiting I phoned and got told that my order was on route. 30 mins later it still hasn’t arrived so I phoned again. I was told it had just left yet again. I then phoned 10 minutes later to cancel the order. I received no explanation or apology for my wait. The order arrived at 9.45 meaning it would have been sat in a car for an hour after leaving the restaurant. Do not appricate being lied to on the phone and to then be passed onto the manager for him to be very dismissive, I was very disappointed with the customer service

Order was meant to be ready in 20 minutes butactuall took 1 hour. When I got home my order was incomplete. Part of my order was missing.

Probably more in between good and bad. The food was ok but I found a bit of plastic in one of my containers so wasn’t best pleased about this. If I hadn’t been unwell I would have taken it back and complained. Feel the standards are slipping a bit lately

Everything was lovely except the chicken pakora which had quite a few tough and dry pieces. Perhaps older pakora mixed in with fresh pakora?
