Food delicious and arrived hot and on time x

Pakora came without sauce. When I called to say that I was told the chef put it in under the naan bread. I didn’t order a naan bread. To be challenged this way was terrible customer service. Pakora was replaced with sauce half an hour later so main meals were cold when we had finished our starter. No one said sorry or took accountability for it. In fact they blamed the driver. Used to phone all the time but it’s going downhill it seems.
