Extremely long wait time and no indication of this before purchase then no one would answer phones to cancel order

Took 3 hours to come for a start! And my ice cream was all mixed together it had been sitting that long!! Joke of a place

Ordered at 7.42 and 11:04 still not arrived. Called twice and both times very polite however dont keep taking orders if you know weathers impacting delivery timescales. 3.5hrs is unacceptable for delivery who wants ice cream at 11pm. They should stop delivering if roads dangerous for drivers.

I order every couple of weeks Thinking it will get betterUsually takes 1 to 2 hoursTonight was nearly 3 hoursCold and didnt even want it by the time it got here!

Found the toffee pieces a little hard to chew.Maybe would choose something else next time.
