Cheers for the ice blasts

Placed order at 6:31 told 2 hours for delivery which is fine! 2 hours 30 minutes later had to contact shop to be told its on way. Owner then calls 10 minutes later at 9:20 to be told they dont do deliveries to fauldhouse after 7pm during the week which is NOT stated on scoffable when ordering. Over priced and shocking service!!

Ordered at 10 past 7 and received at 20 to 10

a treat for kids made a order at half 7 for it to come 9.45pm waited that long time came was bed time. i understand busy but definitely waiting time needs to be looked at

Love the dessert from here however tonight we ordered 2 portions of forerro rocher cookie dough and paid extra for strawberry slices on each but it never arrived with the strawberry slices 😞

The guy's and girl's down at lickalicious managed to get my order to me in under 45 mins in the same condition as if i had collected it from them. Both waffles where nice and warm and time had been taken on presentation. Excellent service and quality.

Sundaes were nice enough but wrong order for 1 of us! First time ordering and couldnt be bothered waiting another 2 hours on correct order.
