Food was great but delivery was very delayed

My order took 3 hours to come baring in mind I stay a 5/10 minute drive from lickilicious

I get myself(not so much now) but my son and nephew a treat here every other week. There has been a few times they've forgot our juice. The waiting time is always very long, which I understand as they're busy. But their sweets/ice cream are very good. I always have 2 happy boys once it's been delivered and eaten

Waited over 3 hours for 3 sundees! Thats a joke.

Took almost 3 hours to arrive

2 and a half hours for 2 cookie dough they were so thin like eating a wrap, and cold when we got them still looking for the chocolate in one of them!

Ordered at 8pm its 11.15pm and its still not been delivered!!!

Shouldn’t take an hour and a half to deliver not even a mile away then when phoned they were only just getting it ready after an hour and 20 minutes

A great choice if ice creams and cakes. Everything very tasty and well worth it. Staff in shop very helpful.

Red bulls were crushed and leaked over everything conplete waste the bag had ibviously been dropped

2 and a half hrs i waited on a delivery

I understand it is busy and yous all work hard but it took nearly 2 and a half hours to get our delivery tonight , it was ridiculous I was given an estimate of 1 hour 20 min aswell

It took over three hours for an ice cream sundae and cookie dough to be delivered. I was told it would be a wait of 1 hour 20 minutes which is fine as that was the expected time given via email. Had to phone up twice to check where my order was. No apology or anything when it was eventually delivered.
