I was estimated a 1 hour 40 mins for delivery i call the shop after 2 hours was told they were just making my order up and then the driver would be leaving with it i then waited a further 35 mins the shop is only a 2 min drive from my house

Ordered at 10 to 8 shows up at the back of 10 and the send a email saying the delivery time is 1 hour and 20 min. Shocking!! Phone to as how long was told it’s just leaving and it never appeared for at least a hour and a half. Shocking service and shocking delivery times

Over 2 hours from order to delivery....wondering if specifying a delivery time rather than selecting ‘as soon as possible’ option would have given our order higher priority?

Didnt even recieve the stuff i ordered so want my money back! I never received anything so basically has £16/£17 stolen off me

For it only being down the road. It takes just shy of under 2 hours to be delivered.

Ordered our family night treats we always go here on a Saturday for something, ordered for collection was told it would be ready for 8 o’clock, my partner went down and waited an additional half an hour and it was actually just sitting there! The treats were stone cold when he got home, the cookie dough was rock solid and the crepe was freezing

Ordered at 7.45pm. Got an email straight after to say it would be 1 hour 10 minutes delivery. 10pm it finally came. Absolutle joke! Service is shocking.

Ordered at 8:12pm and it arrived after 11pm, totally unacceptable.

Terrible service. 2nd time i have ordered from them and 2nd time i have had to call to chase my delivery. 1 hour and 40 mins is a rediculous time to wait for a waffle. I will not order from them again.

Amazing food and service

I loved my order the other night. Last for a while now im back at the gym. The past few orders the delivery time has been much better than it used to be. Never been disappointed with anything Ive ordered. Highly recommend

All items always taste amazing but the delivery times are shocking. I waited 2 hours for my order.

Waited 3 hours on this delivery. Took 2 phone calls later for the manager to then phone me back. He was pleasant enough but 3 hours wait is totally unacceptable
