Lovley owner even when its been buzy and a peice of my ordef was missing he delivered it to me and was very apologetic and was very nice

Food arrived earlier than given time, cookie dough was nice and warm and sundae was perfectly cold! Great service!

Order was due at 9 was told it would be about 20mins late but it didn’t arrive till after 10 by which point it was to late to eat so put in the fridge for next day.

It took 2 half hours I ordered it and 7:27 and it came at 10 and I phone use and it’s said it’s was on its was on it way but it’s wasn’t please come a bit faster next time please thanks bye :(

We enjoyed our order tonight and tonight the delivery was quick. I have in the past waited over 2 hours for delivery & ended up cancelling my order as my son fell asleep waiting on it. But overall I do prefer Lickilitious to any other sweet shop.

Ice cream was perfect as always but ordered at 2149 and didnt get untill well after the store closed at 2325. I am only 15 mins away. Definitely held the order back until they were going home for the night.

Food was fine but waited too long for it, paying over £4 for delivery to have to wait 2 hours felt a bit of a rip off.

The food you can't fault it was very nice but waited over 2 hours for it to be delivered poor customer service
