Missed order of chips

the Korma was quite thin and not as creamy as we have come to expect. All the food could have been warmer. we may give this restaurant one more try but if similar results it will be our last.

CHicken dry and tough. Very disappointing

I ordered a veg korma. It had no taste to it all. It was lacking in any seasoning and flavour. The nan was lovely. Usually i really enjoy your food!

Over an hour to arrive and was luke warm. Missing poppadoms also.

Staff were lovely, and food ready, but left out my Nan bread from order!! Best but!!.. tried to phone them but constantly engaged!!.. was already home so not prepared to go all the way back.. a bit disappointed🙃

We didn't receive saffron rice , also nan bread was full of coconut Korma sauce was very runny.We've ate in the restaurant and really enjoyed our meal , unfortunately the takeaway dinner didn't compare at all

Well, what shall I say? I ordered a LAMB main, and what came was CHICKEN. The chicken looked and tasted as if it had never seen marinade and had simply been dunked in the sauce to heat it up. The sauce was a goop tasting only of chili and without any depth of flavour. Starter had been mixed pakora which was soggy and oily, with a dipping sauce that was overly sweet and probably came from a gallon container.Rice was supposed to be "saffron rice" but had a plasticky shine to it and more resembled turmeric rice, possibly with an atom or two of saffron.Rotis again soggy and oily, and rather thick also. I only came to Masala Twist because my usual curry house was not available this weekend, and I shall not return, ever. Only ate half of what arrived, threw the rest in the bin. Shiver . . .

Three of the four dishes were "palatable" and one was inedible.I'd accept this if I was paying takeaway prices but these are restaurant prices and I'd expect better.

We ordered a meal for two and picked it up. Rice was cold ,stuck together and hard. They also forgot to give us a nan bread and because they were busy it was going to be an hour to deliver one or it would take us 30 min to drive back to pick it up. So either way the rest of our food would be cold. They have offered to give us a nan on house next time but nothing else as a sorry. Disappointing

The service was quick and friendly but my curry was dreadful and I would have been better getting a jar of curry from Asda.

I had the Lamb Tikka, but the Lamb was very very dry and overcooked.

Food was cold

The food was poor, very little chicken in the main dishes.

Went to wrong address and was cold by time it got here.
