Hello, we are so sorry you had a bad experience with us. We see that you have ordered our Munchy Box, the box consists of mainly all dry fried food. Many people prefer the fried food to be crispier as the condensation from when its closed and packed up affects that, therefore that may explain the dry look. Once again we are so sorry and hope you can give us another chance in the future.
