I ordered my food at 5:25 pm to be delivered at 6:50 pm. By 7:15 no delivery phoned and told it would be there in 15 minutes. After 30 minutes my son phoned and was told they didn't have the order. I phoned to be told it would be there soon at 7:50 pm the food arrived 1 hour late. Appalling service will not be back or use this service again.

Ordered food at 6:05 and didnt get delivery till 8:40. Longest wait for a takeaway yet considering we are just around the corner. After numerous calls and being told it was out for delivery and be with us within 20 minutes, Delivery didnt happen for another hour after that which made me think our order was missed.

Food was cold and order was partially wrong. Ordered at 6:40 and didnt arrive till 21:50.Wont be using it again.

Delivery was 30 minutes late. Contacted the restaurant who said it had been delivered. I said I would not be calling if it had been delivered. Kept me on hold with a lot of background noise then hung up. I called back and they told me it was on its way. It arrived 10 minutes later. Unfortunately I accepted it and that means I cant get a refund. Food was cold and inedible. The attitude of the member of staff at the restaurant was very uncaring. They have a 100% rating on Scoffable. Totally undeserved.

Fist time ordering, my chicken korma had no chicken but in fact Lamb!! I hate lanb, I felt sick! Was too late to phone and to far away for a replacement.Shame as other dishes we got were decent.Dansak was very good. Nan bread average.

Batter on haggis pakora too thick so made it tasteless and barely any haggis in it.. Chasni was mostly just sugar/sweet no flavour.. My partner makes currys from scratch (base sauce the lot) but decided to jst order an Indian this time as not ordered one for couple of years and the dine has no patch on my partners currys even the korma which was nicer than the chasni wasnt as flavoursome as his and the madras was spicy with chilli powder as opposed to actual chillis..U can taste the difference!! And jst ruins the curry i like spicy but when its jst chilli powder it takes away the flavour as it jst burns! Chilli garlic chicken was ok but certainly wouldn't be back to The Dine it reminded us why we prefer to just make our own.

2 hours for a delivery that was promised within 50 minutes

2 hrs and had to collect!!

The meal took 1 hour and 45 minutes to arrive. Customer service not great when restaurant phoned to query where it was. Food ok when it arrived but nan bread soaking wet and not something I expect when paying £33 for 2 people.

Ordered an Indian at half 7 and it's just turned up. So not only is it 2 hours 15 mins after ordering, when we phoned to ask where our order was they said it will only be 15 mins as we are quiet now. So when the delivery guy turned up we gave the money we thought was very fair considering the wait. For the driver to barge himself into the house to get more money. Had to phone the restraunt to get the delivery driver to go away from our home.
