Tikka sauce really nice Garlic nan really nice Chicken was terrible it was chewy and not nice at all.

Unfortunately food was barely warm , curry tasted watered down and was cold

Food was bland..nan bread was small for a set meal for two.. small portions of spiced onions not enough for one person never mind for two

Normally no issue with Virsa, but this time our food arrived luke warm at best and had to be reheated. When your spending a lot on a takeaway you expect to be able to eat it when it arrives.

The food was cold had to heat it up was not enjoyable

It took nearly two hours to deliver

I dont understand how it takes 40 mins to wait for very small order its always the same never ever ready when they say

Collection time was 7:30 didnt get it until 8:00 & meal was not very good

Over £40 for two main courses and two starters. Food was bland,under-seasoned and lacking any freshness.Drab. Uninspired. Tired.

The temperature of our meal was as if it had came from India not 5 minutes along the road. I called the restaurant to complain and was told that I was lying by the staff member and that the food had been on a hot plate, clearly the hot plate was unplugged. Food tasted like it had been heated by tea light. Extremely disappointed considering we visit the restaurant regularly but tonight decided to get a takeaway instead. Places can get it wrong and make mistakes which is understandable but for no responsibility to be taken and to be called a liar is not acceptable and a very poor service to paying customers. What a waste of £35, the cans of juice were warmer than the meal.

Chicken was very very dry, almost inedible, pakoras were rubbery just like the Nan bread, however the rice was nice.

Was cold, there was lumps through the curry and we couldnt even eat it. Chicken pakora was all chewy

Waited 3hrs for delivery! Should not be accepting orders if they cant fulfil within a reasonable timeframe. Order confirmation came back as 1 hr estimated delivery. Phoned 3 times chasing up order to be told it would be next. The food wasnt great! Chicken chatt was disgusting. Half went in the bin! Very disappointed and waste of money!

Bhoona was too salty to eat!

Chicken tikka masala was very bland and rice was watery on the plate. Really disappointed and wont be back unfortunately

This was our first takeaway from here. The food definitely wasnt fresh which was really disappointing. Choose this instead of our usual takeaway option but wouldnt order from here again.

over 2 hrs we had to wait on our order..Food was cold & the chasni sauce was revolting..Won't be ordering again
