Was cold, there was lumps through the curry and we couldnt even eat it. Chicken pakora was all chewy

Waited 3hrs for delivery! Should not be accepting orders if they cant fulfil within a reasonable timeframe. Order confirmation came back as 1 hr estimated delivery. Phoned 3 times chasing up order to be told it would be next. The food wasnt great! Chicken chatt was disgusting. Half went in the bin! Very disappointed and waste of money!

Bhoona was too salty to eat!

Chicken tikka masala was very bland and rice was watery on the plate. Really disappointed and wont be back unfortunately

This was our first takeaway from here. The food definitely wasnt fresh which was really disappointing. Choose this instead of our usual takeaway option but wouldnt order from here again.

The chicken they use isn't the best, you can tell it's frozen and not fresh. Its not horrible though good tasting curries.

First and last time using this place. Food was barely warm when it arrived, and was pretty bland. It was obvious it had been sitting in the bag for sometime as one of the polystyrene containers had gone all funny and distorted. Disappointing really as it seems to be popular on the local facebook group.

Rice and naan bread were cold on delivery. I don't know what the garlic naan was - but it wasn't garlic. It had a really unpleasant smell and the texture resembled something that had been frozen and thawed. Also, the garlic naan was bright green on one side (not a natural green, artificial like it had been dyed) and it wasn't herbs or anything remotely plant related. The only way I can describe it is that it was like green soggy tissue paper had been smeared on. Definitely not authentic.More worrying though was that after a couple of bites of the naan I crunched down on something - it was like eggshell. Couldn't eat any more of it after that. Dodgy. Will need to go elsewhere from now on.

Ordered our food at 5.20pm and was told that it would be delivered in an hour, fast forward to 20 to 8 and the food arrived very late and luke warm to be kind. Delivery driver said that he didnt know why this was as he came straight to the house from the kitchen, woman on the phone said that the driver left 15 minutes ago and should be coming straight to our house, its less than a 10 minute drive to the house. Woman on the phone said that if we werent happy she would process a refund, still waiting on this but I accept that this can take time. Will not be back.

3 hours to deliver our food last night. It may have been Xmas Eve but that is ridiculous.

Usually food is delicious and hot. Was advised about an hour wait. Ended up being just over 2 and food was cold, really cold. Really disappointed

Have had regular takeaways from virsa in the past and never could fault them but unfortunately tonight it was cold and chicken quite dry. Im sure just a one off and wont let it put me off for another time.

Ordered from Versa many times but never again. All the dishes were the same, just a different colour and not great! Chips were under cooked and soggy. Starter went in the bin along with most of the mains and the drinks weren't delivered with the food, they eventually arrived after chasing up.

This was a delivey, it was cold when it arrived so had to heat in the microwave ☹The cheese had not even started to melt on the garic & cheese nan. Very disappointing.

I ordered salt and pepper chicken with chips when it came it was disgusting the chips were greasy and the whole order was cold had to heat the pakora before we could eat it

Sorry but if you do business through Scoffable you must read the notes with the meal. No leaf coriander means no leaf coriander. Tasty otherwise and hate to give a poor rating,

Meal deal ok but spicy onions far too small!
