The order arrived an hour late after I phoned up after waiting half an hour to be told sorry our driver has left to do other deliveries but has left your order in the shop.I ordered my food at 4.38pm for a 6.30pm delivery but it eventually turned up at 7.25pm or thereabouts.The food itself was fresh, hot and tasty with the poppadoms crispy but having my Autistic son constantly question me on why his food was late was not good.

So I decided to order from this restaurant has it had a 90% rating my order was confirmed with a one hour approximate delivery time when in reality it took an hour and 50 minutes to get here and for the price I paid the food wasnt on par

Terrible service given wrong meal and staff including chef argued with me saying I was wrong I had ordered chicken and got lamb!!! Like there is no difference really! Very angry and wont be back rather than just admit there mistake.

The food was all amazing as usual, my husband loves the famous kicks kebab and I love fly butter chicken, starter platters and garlic Nan also delicious

Food was cold and also late we had to call to ask where it was and even then it was later than they said very disappointed.

Food arrived later than the estimated delivery time however we appreciate it was a busy time when we ordered. Curries were hot however all the sides were luke warm and popadoms were soft. This was our second time ordering from here as our first experience was amazing however we will rethink when ordering again to try and avoid busy times where the food may be sitting on the side for a while before being delivered.

Really poor service. Firstly delivery took an hour longer than quoted, and then the order was wrong. When phoning in to ask for the correct item to be sent, they were quite rude and implied that I didnt know the difference between yellow (the korma I ordered) and red (the South Indian Chili) I received. They eventually admitted theyd made a mistake, and agreed to send out a replacement when they could. The replacement never arrived, and I went hungry without the meal I had paid for.
