Order missing items. Lady on phone was extremely rude and obnoxious when called to inform them of the missing items and implied I was lying about it. Refused refund on said item. Food that we did received was tasty as usual, however Virsa have lost future custom with us following this awful behaviour

The delivery was well over three hours late

Curry was watery and not that flavoursome, kinda tasted like it was previously frozen however it was edible. Naans were very good. And prompt delivery. £19.99 set meal for 2 only comes with one small rice so you may wish to order extra if you go for this option.

Waited for our food for three hours and it didnt arrive. Called to chase it up and was told it would be a few minutes (just to get us off the phone it seems) but an hour later and it still hadnt come. Ended up cancelling the order. Really poor service.

Placed order via scoffable. Order was confirmed as 1 hour for delivery. 2 hours passed and when food arrived was cold. Terrible service when calling the shop will not use again.

Unusually, delivery of meal was late, cold and order partially incorrect. This is the first time Ive been disappointed in Virsa, but a major let down all the same.

So I decided to order from this restaurant has it had a 90% rating my order was confirmed with a one hour approximate delivery time when in reality it took an hour and 50 minutes to get here and for the price I paid the food wasnt on par

Terrible service given wrong meal and staff including chef argued with me saying I was wrong I had ordered chicken and got lamb!!! Like there is no difference really! Very angry and wont be back rather than just admit there mistake.

Food was cold and also late we had to call to ask where it was and even then it was later than they said very disappointed.

Really poor service. Firstly delivery took an hour longer than quoted, and then the order was wrong. When phoning in to ask for the correct item to be sent, they were quite rude and implied that I didnt know the difference between yellow (the korma I ordered) and red (the South Indian Chili) I received. They eventually admitted theyd made a mistake, and agreed to send out a replacement when they could. The replacement never arrived, and I went hungry without the meal I had paid for.

Food was cold by the time i got it

Strange taste off the chicken on two of the starters and main dish. Normally excellent and have used numerous times hopefully just a one off.

Usually very good but 2 pieces of chicken had bones in it

I was so disappointed in our meal the chicken chasni we could not eat it was like loads of pepper had been added did not even taste as normal. The chicken pakora was overcooked. Not the usal standard.

Good was cold however delivered on time, chicken was dry but over all not too bad

Despite giving them 1hr 45 minutes notice to deliver our meal it came cold!! Order was wrong. Garlic naan wasnt really garlicky and the taste of the curries were disappointing. I dont think well be back. Theres cheaper Indian Resturants with better quality.

Arrived an hour late. Meal was lukewarm, chicken was hard and chewy as was the rice and partner bit down hard into a tiny piece of bone. Won't be ordering from here again.
