Took an an hour and forty five minutes to arrive. Order had items missing from it.

Not as good as normal, food was quite bland tonight.

Tasted like hot washing up liquid

Box was over filled with sauce and only 6 small bits of chicken in the korma. The rice wasnt very nice and naan was slightly burnt in places. Wasnt worth the £18. Massive shame because Ive heard such great things.

From order time to delivery it was 2 whole hours.Disappointed

Although delivery is fast its a shame the food isnt at the same level. Restaurant sit in is ok but takeaways are no better than a supermarket curry. Chicken pakora leaves an after taste, garlic mushrooms come in a tub with salad so the water from the salad mixes in with the sauce of the mushrooms and although the food came quick the salad cooled the mushrooms down. Lamb Desi which I requested was prepared spicy/hot was just very salty with very little heat, tasted completely different to how it was in the restaurant. Not sure if there were little seeds in the Desi or the rice but every bite tasted like there was bits of uncooked rice through it although as I say may have been seeds.Overall these guys have a long way to go to get even close to the Spice of Life Takeaways curries. Spice of life may take a lot longer but its more than worth the wait. I have tried Virsa takeaway 3 times now and cant say any of them have been what I would expect from a Indian Restaurant.

Tasted and looked nothing like a bhuna. Very disapointed. Nan bread was very small also but that was nice at least

Food took over 1.5 hrs to arrive after having to phone to chase it up. Currys were pretty bland and very watery. Not worth the time we waited or the money Im afraid

Pretty small portions of curry for £8 each only 4 pieces of average size chicken in both curries

The naan bread had a lot of butter but no garlic, the chicken tikka had 6 pieces of chicken and all the rest was onion and sauce. Not impressed

Weve ordered collection at 5pm to collect at 5:40, so the restaurant had plenty of time to handle our order. We got there at 5:45 to collect, and the persona behind the bar was not able to find our order. After a bit of investigation, he found it and admitted he forgot about it. No apologies, not remorse. Got home, the biryani was very undercooked, dry and the meat was super chewy and rubbery. Super disappointed about the entire experience.

South Indian garlic chicken was inedible. The taste was horrible. Our meal was wasted and went in the bin. We wont be back unfortunately.

Arrived in a decent time,texture and chicken in the Madras was good but it lacked any sort of flavour as did the sweet nan,good points,spice onions outstanding and the cans were cold
