Arrived really quickly and delivery guy was polite.

Delivery took an hour to come less than a mile.But food was ok

Recently had good fresh orders keep up the good standards was very poor for a while but improved alot recently

On time and food was very good..... as always

1 hour and 20 minutes is a ridiculous time to wait on a Thursday early evening , i could have caught a fish myself cleaned and cooked it in less time than that, over an hour should get a discount

Got a delivery time of 1hr 50mins, so decided to pick up. Order was wrong but sorted with minimal effort and food was great

Ordered a mini calzone deal (mini calzone, chips and a can of juice) and single sausage yesterday, waited over 1 hour and 30 minutes for delivery, and the calzone didnt have chips or juice with it. Poor service on a simple order.

Food was good but estimated delivery time of 1hour 10mins wasnt accurate took 1 hour 45mins.

Got a delivery took over 1.5 hours. Chips and roll from burger were soggy and cold.

Been using west end for a few years. Food is good. Delivery not so great. However, used you 3 times this week and service was exceptional.. keep it up...
