My order was half an hour after the estimated 1 hour and my sauces were missing. The food however was hot and I enjoyed it. I didn't call for the sauce as the food would have been cold.

Placed an order at 6, half the order arrived by 7:30, then phoned to request the missing half only for it to be delivered 9:20 minus salt and sauce requested and chips dried out. Always used to be great here but 2 needlessly bad experiences in a row, never again.
